I was invited to lead a discussion 2 weeks ago on the importance of an effective website and my suggestions on the “best bang for your buck” interactive features. As I was talking to the group and people were asking me questions, I became a little embarassed just thinking about this site and how neglected it was. Here I was advising business owners on how to effectively use a website and why it is important to keep up with your site, when my own site was in disrepair.
